Materials Handler
The materials handler assists with and/or performs the physical and administrative functions required to receive, store, cycle count and distribute materials, parts, supplies, chemicals and equipment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: unpack and check goods received against purchase order and storage specifications; rejecting unsatisfactory items; lift heavy items, prepare goods for shipment; examine, stock and distribute materials;
prepare kitting packages for assembly production.
Required qualifications and experience: high school diploma or GED with 0-2 years of experience; fork lift operation experience; experience with Microsoft Word and Excel; must be self motivated and able to work with minimal direction/supervision; team player. Must have sit down forklift and stand up reach forklift experience. Preference on experience with receiving material.
