MIG Welder
$20 - $22/hr
Responsibilities- Perform MIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate welding and fabrication.
- Operate plasma cutters, mag drills, and other machinery.
- Fabricate and assemble products as required.
- Utilize tape measures and grinders for precision work.
- 1-3 years of MIG welding experience.
- Proficiency in welding carbon steel.
- Blueprint reading skills.
- Experience with operating plasma cutters and mag drills.

- The work environment is a non-climate-controlled shop, which can get cold in the winter and hot in the summer.
- The work hours are Monday to Thursday, 6:30 am to 5:15 pm, with a 45-minute unpaid lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks. Fridays offer flexible hours, ranging from 5 to 10 hours, based on workload.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
