Production Associate
Location:
Indianapolis, IN
Shift: 3rd Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (2/2/3 Rotation)
Pay:
Up to $18.50/hr + Shift Differentials + Weekly Overtime
- Pick components from bins using a light-guided computer system
- Assemble and build kits according to specifications
- Pack completed kits into shipping boxes
- Verify order accuracy and quality before shipment
- Apply labels accurately to boxes and kits
- Move completed orders through designated shipping channels (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.)
- Rotate between different workstations including picking, packing, labeling, and small assembly projects
- Ability to stand for up to 12-hour shifts when needed
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. independently
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
- Basic computer skills
- Kitting experience
- Packing and packaging experience
- Assembly or production experience
- Picking and warehouse operations experience
- Healthcare kit production experience

This is a contract to hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
