General Production Worker (Cleanroom)
Indianapolis, IN
Pay: $18.00 – $19.80/hour (based on shift)
1st- 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd- 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd- 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities- Inspect small plastic parts for quality and defects
- Package products according to work instructions
- Label racks, sleeves, and boxes accurately
- Operate basic packaging equipment and perform minor resets
- Follow detailed work instructions and documentation requirements
- Print and apply labels correctly
- Assemble and pack products into boxes for shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all cleanroom and quality standards
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for most of the shift
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to follow procedures and documentation accurately
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must have steel-toe shoes
- Cleanroom or GMP experience
- Assembly, packaging, or inspection experience
- Experience working with small or delicate parts
- Injection molding or plastics manufacturing experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.80/hr.
