Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Brake Press Metal Fabricator to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This individual will be responsible for setting up and operating brake press equipment, fabricating precision metal components, and ensuring all finished products meet quality and production standards. The ideal candidate will possess previous brake press or metal fabrication experience, the ability to read blueprints, and a strong commitment to quality and workplace safety.

• Starting at $18/hour

• Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
• Located in Indianapolis, IN

• Set up and operate brake press machinery
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications
• Bend and form metal components to required dimensions
• Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
• Use measuring tools to verify product dimensions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
• Assist with additional fabrication duties as assigned

• Previous brake press or metal fabrication experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
