Production Fabricator / Assembler
Location:
Indianapolis, IN.
Pay: $17-$19/hr
Shift: 1st- 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
Key Responsibilities- Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical products using hand tools and equipment.
- Read and follow work instructions, technical drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Load and unload components into fixtures and machines.
- Perform visual inspections and basic functional testing.
- Kit and organize components for production orders.
- Package finished products according to quality and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate production and inventory documentation.
- Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures at all times.
- Support team production goals and continuous improvement efforts.
- Manufacturing or production experience.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to use hand tools and inspection equipment.
- Able to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working with microscopes or magnification tools when needed.
- Soldering experience
- Electronic assembly experience
- PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing experience
- IPC certifications
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings
- Quality inspection experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN 46268.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
