** seeks a high energy, data driven, result-oriented  
** Industrial Maintenance Supervisor
** to lead the daily maintenance operations to ensure maximum equipment uptime, safety, and efficiency in a manufacturing environment. This role oversees skilled trades supporting stamping presses, automated conveyors, robotic systems, and PLC-controlled machinery, driving preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

** must be working  
** first shift
** and longer hours if required. This is an onsite role in Indianapolis.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians across mechanical, electrical, and controls disciplines

+ Ensure uptime and reliability of stamping presses, conveyors, robotic cells, and PLC-driven equipment (e.g., screw machines)

+ Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs

+ Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures, including PLC, servo, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

+ Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of production equipment and automation systems

+ Enforce safety standards, LOTO compliance, and regulatory requirements

+ Manage maintenance schedules, work orders, and spare parts inventory i.e. CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

+ Collaborate with production to minimize downtime and improve throughput

+ Develop and mentor team members; ensure technical skill progression

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives (root cause analysis, TPM, Lean, reliability improvements)

** Basic Qualifications*
* + Associate degree in engineering or industrial maintenance

+ 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience

+ 2+ years in a supervisory role

+ Able and willing to work longer hours if required

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree

+ Experience in a union environment

+

Experience with stamping presses, conveyors, robotics (Fanuc/ABB/KUKA), and PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Siemens)

+ Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and automation controls

+

Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance KPIs

+ PLC programming and troubleshooting

+ Robotics diagnostics and basic programming

+ Experience in high-volume or automotive manufacturing

+ Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma exposure

+ Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

** Pay Range*
* The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $ annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
