Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a CNC Operator to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This individual will be responsible for operating CNC machinery, performing quality inspections, and producing precision parts while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attendance, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions. Previous CNC experience is preferred but not required.

• Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

• Safely operate CNC machinery to produce quality parts
• Follow written and verbal work instructions
• Perform quality inspections on finished products
• Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings when applicable
• Monitor machine performance and report any issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support production goals and assist with additional manufacturing tasks as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Previous CNC machining experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Blueprint reading experience is a plus
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Willingness to work full-time and overtime as needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
