Production Operator
Shift: 10:45 PM-7:00 AM Hourly Rate: $22.00 an hour + $0.5 shift differential
Essential Job Functions:Demonstrate behaviors that support company safety procedures, with a focus on achieving zero injuries.
Exhibit behaviors that support quality work processes, including documenting and tracking production variables, downtime, and product samples.
Ensure the blending of raw materials by weight or automatic metering systems.
Follow and document time and temperature points in recipe specifications to meet quality standards.
Start-up, operate, maintain production processing equipment, and perform shut-down procedures.
Scale minor ingredients by weight, count, or bulk flow meters into bins or mixing equipment according to company-issued recipes.
Maintain computer-related equipment or control panels to operate automated machinery.
Report to the line Team Lead.
Work overtime to achieve production and maintenance schedules.

3 months of experience working in a production, manufacturing or distribution environment
Experience working in a food processing or packaging environment
Experience working in an automated machinery environment (with PLCs or MMIs)
Experience working in a USDA, FDA, OSHA, or GMP compliant environment
Proficiency in SAP
Sit, stand, walk and climb stairs during time on duty.
Lift or push 50+ lbs
Read recipes to mix correct ingredients.
Manually transport packaging bags & containers
Stand up to twelve (12) hours
