Day-to-day:
- Running door jambs in preparation for assembly
- Pulling orders of door slabs in preparation for assembly
- Wrapping finished product on skids in prep for job site delivery
- Cut casing for door entry ways for our customers.
- Proficient experience with miter/circular saws, drills, and routers
- Run and operate our Norfield Door line and “Magnum” machine for special jobs.
- Learn and become proficient in all steps of our door production process.
- Keep a clean work area.
- Adhere to safety rules set forth by Contract Lumber/OSHA
- Assemble Double doors using precise measurements and customer requests.

- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions and procedures.
- Ability to read/write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Detail oriented, timeliness and an efficiency-based approach.
- Team player, strong communicator, and advanced interpersonal skills.
- Ability to appropriately prioritize tasks to meet varied and conflicting organization demands.
- Working knowledge of materials and job-site processes used within the construction industry.
