Are you a detail-oriented team player who takes pride in doing things right? We are looking for a reliable and collaborative Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, your attention to detail will directly impact product quality and safety, ensuring our finished products meet the highest standards every single time. The Opportunity
- You perform packaging assembly tasks following approved processes and work instructions.
- You verify and inspect raw materials, subassemblies, and finished products to ensure product integrity.
- You complete documentation and ensure accuracy and verification of procedures.
- You prepare work centers for appropriate line clearance procedures and conduct regular cleaning in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- You maintain material and supply needs to support production.
Who you are
- You hold a high school diploma or equivalency.
Preferred:
- You have 1 or more years of related operations or manufacturing experience.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- You are detail-oriented and have the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- You have a thorough understanding of appropriate safety, health, and environment procedures.
- You are willing to work 6:30 am – 4:00 pm (EST) Monday - Thursday and 6:30 am - 10:30 am Friday.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is 33,300. USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
