Plant Supervisor

Plastic Recycling, Inc. is seeking a Plant Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in our Indianapolis plastics recycling facility. In this hands-on role, you will oversee production teams, ensuring safe, efficient processing of post-consumer and post-industrial plastics into high-quality pellets and compounds. You will coordinate staffing, monitor equipment and material flow, enforce safety and quality standards, and support continuous improvement.
