LiftSystem Project Lead

Rolls Royce Motor Cars is seeking a Lift System Project Lead to drive end to end delivery of lifting and handling systems used in ultra luxury vehicle manufacturing. You will lead cross functional teams to scope, design, validate, and industrialize Lift System solutions that ensure safety, precision, and efficiency on the production line. Responsibilities include project planning, supplier coordination, risk and cost management, and compliance with BMW Group standards.

You'll champion craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and robust quality, mentoring engineers while collaborating closely with production, maintenance, and HSE stakeholders.
