Manufacturing Engineering Technical Specialist, Gears & Shafts

Rolls Royce Motor Cars seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Technical Specialist for gears and shafts to elevate precision component production for ultra luxury vehicles. You will develop and optimize machining and assembly processes, define specifications and tolerances, and drive PPAP, APQP, and capability studies to ensure flawless quality. Partnering with design, production, and quality teams, you'll solve complex manufacturing issues, introduce new technologies, and support launch of new drivetrain components while championing safety, lean methods, and continuous improvement on the Goodwood manufacturing site.
