Rolls Royce Motor Cars seeks a Planning and Delivery Leader to optimize end to end production of ultra luxury vehicles. You will own build plans, capacity and material scheduling, ensuring on time delivery to exacting quality standards. Partnering with manufacturing, engineering, procurement and logistics, you'll balance demand, constraints and bespoke requirements, resolve bottlenecks, and drive data led decisions. You'll lead continuous improvement initiatives, standardize processes, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with BMW Group stakeholders to secure seamless, safe and efficient delivery for a discerning global clientele.
Responsibilities
- Own end to end production and delivery planning for bespoke vehicle programs.
- Develop and maintain build plans, capacity models, and material schedules.
- Monitor and optimize production flow, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and logistics to align demand and supply.
- Track and report operational KPIs, driving data based decisions and corrective actions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across planning and delivery processes.
- Ensure adherence to Rolls Royce quality, safety, and compliance standards in all plans.
- Coordinate with BMW Group and global stakeholders to align timelines and priorities.
- Support risk management, scenario planning, and contingency strategies.
- Coach teams on planning best practices, tools, and standardized processes.
