Arcamed, a leading medical device manufacturer, is seeking a CNC Programmer to support precision machining of custom surgical trays, cases, and components for orthopedic and spine applications. In this role, you'll create and optimize CNC programs, select tooling, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to meet tight tolerances and regulatory standards. You'll help improve machining processes, support setups on modern CNC equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in a collaborative, quality-focused environment that impacts patient care worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Program and optimize CNC machines for precision surgical trays, cases, and components
  • Interpret blueprints, 3
  • D models, and GD&T to develop accurate machining strategies
  • Select tooling, speeds, and feeds to meet quality and efficiency targets
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues
  • Support machine setup and first-article validation on CNC equipment
  • Monitor part quality, using precision measurement tools and inspection data
  • Document programs, tool lists, and process steps per medical device standards
  • Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
  • Troubleshoot machining problems and recommend process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ISO/medical device requirements
