Production Generalist

Position: Production Generalist I-
Our client, a leading financial technology and payments services company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Operations department supporting the Plastic Production team. The ideal candidate will have adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic that will contribute to success within the organization.

** Monday - Friday 4PM - 12:30AM

** Pay Range:**  $20

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate a variety of production machines to generate personalized credit and debit cards.

+ Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure accurate and timely output.

+ Conduct quality checks to verify production materials meet job order specifications.

+ Stage completed materials for warehouse pickup and distribution.

+ Adapt to changing production volumes and cross-train in other production departments as needed.

** What's Needed?*
* + Experience using a computer for data entry and basic production reporting.

+ Proficiency in spoken and written English.

+ Ability to perform basic math calculations to support production activities.

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance.

+ Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, when required.
