About the Opportunity

Event & Program Coordination

Help execute regional marketing programs - field events, webinars, executive dinners, and trade shows - that drive awareness and generate leads.

Coordinate event logistics from start to finish: venue sourcing, vendor communication, AV, shipping, and branded swag.

Support virtual event production via platforms like Zoom, ensuring a smooth attendee experience.

Partner with SDR teams to promote events, drive attendance, and coordinate timely follow-up after each program.

Keep marketing and sales leadership informed with clear, regular status updates on event progress.

Measurement & Content

Track campaign and event performance metrics (MQLs, pipeline influenced, ROI) and help translate data into actionable insights.

Contribute fresh ideas for new programs and content that can scale across a distributed marketing team.

Assist with budget tracking and reporting to keep programs on plan.

About You

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.

Up to 2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related administrative role

A 'let's-do-this' attitude: you're energized by seeing projects through to completion.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - clear, concise, and professional.

Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail. You love a good checklist, spreadsheet, or shared doc.

Ability to work both collaboratively as a team player and independently when needed.

Comfort with a fast-moving, dynamic environment - you adapt quickly and stay positive under pressure.

Pay Range

$25 - $32 per hour
