Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for overseeing all patient care

* Ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures

* Administer medications and treatments

* Assist with care plans as needed

* Oversee CNAs on the unit.

* Demonstrate excellence in customer service, interpersonal communication and teamwork.

Requirements

Experience:

* 1 year LPN
- Preferred

* Long Term Care Experience preferred

* License:

* Indiana LPN License (Required)
