Position: School RN in Indianapolis, IN

Qualifications and

Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license in Indiana
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Ability to administer medications safely and efficiently
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Familiarity with developing and following student health plans
• Confident communicator with both children and adults
• Skilled in emergency response procedures and compliance protocols

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medication and treatments to students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized health care plans
• Maintain accurate records in alignment with school and state compliance
• Act as the primary responder in emergencies, coordinating with staff and external agencies as necessary
• Educate students and staff on health-related matters and promote preventative practices
• Serve as a resource and advocate for student wellness within the school
