Prepare and administer prescribed medications under RN supervision, ensuring compliance with facility policies and safety principles;
Document medication administration accurately on the MAR, including medications not administered and reasons;
Adhere to infection control techniques and six rights of medication administration;
Participate in data collection, medication audits, and performance improvement activities;
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the medication cart and restock medications and supplies
