Prepare and administer prescribed medications under RN supervision, ensuring compliance with facility policies and safety principles;
Document medication administration accurately on the MAR, including any medications not administered and reasons for non-administration;
Adhere to infection control techniques and uphold six rights of medication administration;
Participate in data collection, medication audits, and performance improvement activities, reporting adverse reactions promptly;
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the medication cart and manage inventory and storage of medications and supplies
