Provide specialized care for patients in a long-term acute care setting at a facility recognized for its focus on complex medical needs and extended recovery. Use critical thinking and scientific judgment to deliver patient-centered care, monitor progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. To qualify, you need an active Indiana RN license and at least 2 years of recent LTAC experience.
Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is important. Recommended skills include strong leadership, clinical assessment, and the ability to work night shifts in a 3x12 schedule.
