Administer resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration, and may supervise CNAs as directed;
Provide for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals;
Maintain patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; testing urine; recording intake and output information;
Assist with personal hygiene such as baths, shaves, and showers; assist with mobility and daily routines;
Collaborate with nursing team to ensure safe, high-quality resident care
