Travel RN – Emergency Room (3x12's, Mid-Shift)

Indianapolis, Indiana

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | 36 Hours/Week Guaranteed | Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM | Weekend Option:
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume, 65-bed Emergency Department setting
• Manage patients across varying acuity levels including shock, core, psych, and exam areas according to established patient ratios
• Operate and monitor equipment including Alaris Pumps, Phillips Monitors, and Belmont Rapid Infusers
• Document accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
• Float to other areas within the department according to skill set as needed
• Adapt to fluctuating patient volumes in a fast-paced emergency care environment

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency nursing experience in a large Emergency Department
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current TNCC certification

• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage care in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to fluctuating patient volumes and high-acuity situations
• Experience with Epic EMR

• 36 guaranteed hours per week with a consistent mid-shift schedule in a well-equipped, large Emergency Department
• Opportunity to work in a structured weekend option program with a defined and predictable schedule
