Registered Nurse for Home Health

Registered Nurse (RN)

EXAR Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide in-home healthcare services in the Indianapolis area. This is a great opportunity for nurses who are passionate about patient-centered care and enjoy working independently while being supported by a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-home patient assessments and create individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care
• Document all patient interactions and clinical updates in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Indiana
• At least 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• BLS certification (current)
