What You Can Expect
  • PRN position
  • Clinic hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm - busy Cardiology practice
  • In person position
  • Enjoy work life balance with consistent day shift schedule and observed holidays off work
  • Respond to patient calls and electronic messages, prioritize concerns based on clinical urgency, provide education within scope of practice, and ensure timely resolution of patient needs
  • Facilitate care coordination by scheduling appropriate appointments, obtaining prior authorizations, processing prescription refills, and supporting continuity of care across the patient journey
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient communications, clinical assessments, and care interventions in accordance with departmental and regulatory standards
Qualifications
  • Required Associate's Degree Nursing/Patient Care
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree Nursing/Patient Care
  • 1 year Nursing/Patient Care in acute care or ambulatory settings Preferred
  • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
  • Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board

Travel is required:
Up to 20%
