Join our Physical Medicine and Rehab practice at our Neuroscience Center in downtown Indianapolis, IN! Provider will be working in rehabilitative medicine and focusing on adult Neuro Rehab patients. We are seeking a compassionate, innovative Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in collaboration with our multidisciplinary teams.
Position Highlights:
- Full time, Day Shift
- Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
- No weekends or call
- Outpatient clinic providing care for patients including those with cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, ALS, traumatic brain injury, post-concussive, spinal cord injury, and post-stroke and ITB refills
- Join a dedicated team of 4 physicians and 1 APP
- No procedures
Qualifications:
- Master's degree required
- Must be BC or BE
- Accepting ACNP, AGNP, CNS, FNP or PA certifications
- Experience in PM&R or Neuro is a plus
- Ideal candidates are proactive, compassionate, critical thinkers, and good communicators.
