Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Float Dialysis Nurse to join its regional team. As a Floater, you will provide direct dialysis care, travel across the region to fill in for staff, and supervise dialysis technicians to ensure patient safety.
You will collaborate with physicians, monitor treatments, document care plans, and maintain regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in our sub-acute dialysis program.
