Description:
Provide direct patient care under the scope of Registered Nurse. Floating to other units/departments may be required when necessary. Unit consists of a 20-bed capacity. Nurse to patient ratio on this unit is 5:1. Dress code includes Caribbean blue or white scrubs, with options for white or black undershirts and approved jackets. Will attend general orientation and EPIC training. Departmental orientation will be 1-2 shifts.
Charting system utilized is EPIC. Call-off policy allows cancelation up to 24 hours for every 13-week assignment. Non-billable orientation hours are guaranteed. Candidates must indicate any required time off during the assignment.
