Position Overview
Quality professionals are essential to Anova's quality assurance program and field execution support. This role ensures construction work and installed systems meet project requirements, specifications, and applicable quality standards.
This position focuses on field verification, documentation, and coordination of QA/QC activities across active construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field quality observations and site inspections
- Perform audits, gap assessments, and compliance reviews
- Review contractor QA/QC plans, submittals, and specifications
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records
- Support coordination of QA/QC activities across project teams
- Verify installation quality of mechanical, electrical, and general construction systems
- Identify nonconformance issues and support corrective actions
- Assist in maintaining project quality reporting and compliance tracking
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or 3+ years QA/QC or commissioning experience)
- Experience in construction quality assurance, field inspections, or building systems
- Strong understanding of construction materials, systems, and installation practices
- Ability to read drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with commercial construction projects preferred
