Document and track production variables, downtime, and product samples to support quality processes;
Ensure proper blending of raw materials by weight or automatic metering systems;
Follow and document time and temperature points in recipe specifications to meet quality standards;
Conduct area audits and HACCP verifications; review analytical test results and production parameters;
Inform team members of non-conforming results and execute product holds; perform sensory analysis and investigate consumer complaints
