Position: STORE MANAGER - 21 and older only - INDIANAPOLIS, IN
Dollar General -  -  - Responsibilities:
Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; ensure store is properly staffed.;
Provide training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps for solutions or counseling including termination when necessary.;
Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; coordinate meetings and events to encourage safety and policies.;
Open and close the store regularly; personally open at least twice weekly and close at least twice weekly.;
Manage inventory and stock by reviewing ordering plans, seasonal direction, and cycle counts; maintain merchandise presentation and pricing.
