Grainger - - Responsibilities:
Manage and stocks customer's inventory levels for Grainger and Non Grainger inventory through Keep Stock programs and Crib management;
Support the customer's inventory management and product procurement processes by managing the daily integration of all in-direct inventory into the customer's product processes;
Provide excellent customer service by resolving problems promptly in a manner to retain and promote customer loyalty;
Perform product search and select activity directly with customer in-house for end-users;
Provide quotes based on customer request
