Position: STORE MANAGER - 21 and older only - INDIANAPOLIS, IN

Recruit, hire, train, and develop store staff; conduct performance evaluations and counseling as needed;
Plan and manage staffing, scheduling, and store operations to ensure open/close coverage;
Oversee inventory management, ordering, receiving, stocking, and merchandising to meet in-stock targets;
Ensure cash handling, security, and loss-prevention procedures are followed; maintain accurate records;
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment.
