Provide guidance and direction for the operation of a specific zone on the retail sales floor;
Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery within the zone;
Ensure store standards, inventory processes, seasonal planning, and company programs meet expectations;
Oversee stocking and receiving to ensure sales floor is properly stocked;
Schedule and staff the zone to optimize unload/processing and associate productivity, while maintaining customer service standards;
Supervise zone associates and communicate directives to ensure follow-up;
Perform zone team leader duties to open and close the store when needed
