Greet teammates and athletes and proactively approach them to understand needs and provide helpful product knowledge and customer service;
Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation;
Promote company programs such as loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment;
Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, and to laws and guidelines including ATF requirements;
Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome, safe, and respected
