C. Penney - - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with merchandise questions and assistance;
Execute pricing and signing changes quickly and accurately;
Replenish and restock merchandise to ensure availability and assortments on the sales floor;
Receive and unload merchandise and prepare it for the floor and backroom;
Maintain backroom standards including stockroom safety, cleanliness, and organization;
Contribute to Omnichannel initiatives including Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, and Merchandise Receiving;
Implement merchandising plans and standards to optimize product presentation and customer experience;
Participate in a learning environment by absorbing new information on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and processes
