Game Stop - - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, address questions/concerns, recommend products and promotions;
Assist Store Manager with scheduling and training of store staff, ensuring compliance with policies;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager's absence;
Process guest purchases and returns using the Point-of-Sale system and manage transactions accurately;
Oversee store appearance, inventory control, loss prevention, and ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled daily
