Lids - 6020 East 82nd Street - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs, goal setting, and regular follow up;
Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures;
Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment to make it right for customers;
Maintain look and feel of the store through merchandising guidelines and store cleanliness
