Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support to the sales teams.
- Gather, scrub, input, and track sales data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Generate reports for brokers, clients, and sales teams.
- Engage and foster relationships with internal and external partners.
- Complete projects as requested by sales teams.
- Coordinate with proposal units on RFP responses and maintain system updates for proposal and sales activity.
- Research and resolve routine sales, claims, and benefit issues.
- 100% remote.
- Work Schedule:
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday) local time; candidates in other time zones may work the same hours after training. - No overtime expected.
- High school diploma and minimum 2 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Office, quick learner, document review for completeness and accuracy.
- Ability to work on multiple screens in multiple programs.
- Min Pay Rate: $18.82
- Max Pay Rate: $34.70
- Currency: USD
- Unit: hourly
