Responsibilities Growth (required)
  • Maintain an accurate, updated list of prospects and active accounts.
  • Analyze and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct initial and follow‑up sales calls to build relationships and secure first‑time and repeat business.
  • Consistently surpass assigned sales quotas.
Account Management (required)
  • Implement sales strategies that align with well‑defined goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including closing new business.
  • Develop pricing proposals and articulate value‑based solutions.
  • Support working capital goals by helping improve cash flow and account performance.
  • Partner closely with plant management, customer service, design, and fellow sales team members.
  • Travel throughout the assigned region as needed to support growth efforts.
  • Stay informed of competitive activity across the market.
Experience Required
  • Outside sales experience or related professional experience, along with relevant college coursework.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Preferred
  • Experience with in corrugated packaging, manufacturing, or industrial sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in packaging, graphics, business, engineering, or a related discipline.
Compensation & Benefits Compensation Structure
  • Base Salary: Three year guarantee
  • Commission: Uncapped commission structure.
