Dual Sales Manager
General Hotels Corporation is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Dual Sales Manager to join our team at the Homewood Suites at Keystone and the Tru by Hilton. We're looking for someone who thrives on building connections, identifying new business opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships. As a Dual Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in growing hotel revenue by securing group business, meetings, events, and guest room blocks while developing lasting relationships with clients throughout the market.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Prospect for new business opportunities
- Generate group room nights, meeting space bookings, and banquet revenue
- Conduct property tours and sales appointments
- Negotiate contracts and secure new business
- Prepare BEOs, group resumes, and event documentation
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals
