Sales Executive | B2B Outside Sales | New Business Development

Monday–Friday hybrid role with remote and field work
City Wide Facility Solutions of Indianapolis is hiring a driven Sales Executive to win new commercial clients. If you are energized by cold outreach, opening doors, meeting decision-makers, and closing B2B business, this role is built for you.
City Wide is a leading management company in the building maintenance industry, helping commercial clients solve facility challenges through customized service solutions. We value accountability, follow-through, and a competitive drive to win.
Compensation:
Targeted first-year total compensation of $100k; year two target of $120k–$150k+
- Base salary
- Monthly $500 car/gas allowance
- Uncapped commission and bonus opportunity
