Entry-Level Sales Representative

Globe Life is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to help individuals and families secure life and supplemental health insurance protection. In this role, you will generate and follow up on leads, conduct needs-based consultations, and guide customers through policy selection and enrollment. Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new individual and family insurance leads
• Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate life and supplemental health products
• Present policy options and explain benefits, terms, and coverage clearly
• Support customers through the application, underwriting, and enrollment process
• Meet or exceed sales, activity, and customer satisfaction targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up on pending and existing accounts
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and compliance training
• Adhere to all ethical sales practices and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to share strategies and best practices
• Represent Globe Life professionally at community and networking events
