As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and assist guests and store teams with clear, professional communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license under Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a retail location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site management and/or local emergency services as directed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail sales floor, common areas, parking areas and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

+ Monitor entrances, exits and receiving areas for unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior, and help to deter theft, loitering and/or disruptive activity through presence and communication.

+ Complete daily reports, incident documentation and patrol logs, and communicate observations and/or concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
