Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers following site-specific security-related procedures.;
Screen individuals, belongings, and deliveries as required, verify identification and credentials, and help manage entry and exit through designated checkpoints.;
Monitor cameras and alarm systems, document unusual activity, and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with emergency response activities as directed by site policy.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including building interiors, dock areas, and perimeter points, with working conditions that may vary by location.
