Allied Universal - Up to $20.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout lobbies, office areas, ATM and vestibule areas, parking areas, and the building perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting concerns per post orders.;
Monitor access points and visitor traffic, assist with badge and/or credential checks as directed, and help to control entry to restricted areas in accordance with site-specific policies.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, medical situations, and/or suspicious activity, and request additional support when needed.;
Complete shift activity reports and incident documentation, communicate status updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts, and assist with coordination during drills and/or special events.
