Security Officer - Entry Screening - Logistics Site

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, drivers, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.;
Screen people, packages, and/or vehicles as required, including verifying identification and credentials, conducting bag and parcel inspections, operating screening equipment, and documenting screening results per post orders.;
Control access at entrances, gates, and screening points by checking inbound and outbound traffic, issuing visitor instructions, and maintaining access logs to help to deter unauthorized entry.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, supporting first responders as directed, and completing detailed incident reports.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, docks, and perimeter, and monitor cameras and alarm systems to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.
