Security Officer

Position: Security Officer - Full Time
Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.;
Conduct entry screening for employees, visitors, and/or vendors, including checking identification, verifying authorization, and monitoring walk-through detectors and/or X-ray equipment as assigned.;
Support inbound and outbound operations by monitoring access points for pedestrian and vehicle traffic, observing for unusual activity, and documenting discrepancies in accordance with post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and completing required incident reports.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by location and operational activity.
